As you send your order after visiting our website catalog with the product’s Code or you may send images along with quantity as describe below.
After receiving your order we send you an invoice that consists of all the details of the parcel which we send you with their respective quantity and quality details.
After receiving the invoice which we send you, send order with advance payment 100% through Paypal…
The parcel will be sent to you by Speed Post, FedEx, UPS, or whatever service you suggested.
Our prices of all products are US Dollars.
After receiving the order, the order may be fulfilled within 5 to 7 Business Working Days. Custom Ordered Goods will take extra days.

Under no circumstances may you re-use any of the information on this site for your gain, and no copying of the designs is allowed. Please respect the designer’s time in creating these items. Anyone using or purchasing from www.fancydiamondbeads.com is deemed to have read and understood the above Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to amend these terms & conditions in compliance with current Indian law. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
What You See is What You Get
www.fancydiamondbeads.com has made every effort to display the Gemstones as accurately as possible. Most products have been accurate color options. However, we are aware that colors and images vary slightly according to the monitor they are viewed on. So actual and original product colors look slightly different. This is unavoidable, but we are sure that all customers will be delighted with their items upon receipt.
If you need any special kind of packaging please instruct at the time of order. Otherwise, standard packing will be done.
Returns
The Company operates a 7-day No-quibble Guarantee. For health and hygiene reasons, no returns are available on Custom Ordered Goods. Postage and packing are not refunded on returned items. Any goods sent back without prior consent from www.fancydiamondbeads.com will be sent back at your cost. All returns are the responsibility of the customer until they reach Fancy Diamond Beads office, Please note that returns are subject to a 5$ charge. This is to cover the charge issued to us by the bank, for every refund applied.
Faulty Products / Damaged items:
In the highly unlikely event that an item sent to you is found to be faulty, you may send it back to us for a replacement… Overseas, items should only be sent back using your country’s national postal service or agreed as per our instructions we recommend using an insured delivery method; however, we will not accept extra charges for Fed-Ex or other overnight courier services. If your product is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately on +91-7046063360 and return the product to us at 502, Rajhans Heights, Mini Bazar, Surat, Gujarat, India – 395006, We will replace the item free of charge.
